If I book tickets for a concert through the website, how do I get my tickets?

After the payment confirmation you will receive an e-mail with your e-ticket(s).

How do I pay for the tickets?

When booking through our website you can pay by: Visa, Master Card or American Express.

Are there any additional processing fees?

No. The prices include all fees and taxes.

Can I change the concert date after my tickets are confirmed?

Yes. You can change the date free of charge by notifying us either by e-mail or phone.

Can I cancel my already confirmed tickets?

No. The paid amount remains as a credit and you can use it for tickets on another date of your liking.

What if the concert is cancelled?

This is extremely unlikely. However, should this be the case we will refund any booked tickets. Otherwise you will be informed as soon as possible, but it could be directly at the venue just before the beginning of the concert.

Is there a dress code?

No, but we kindly ask you to respect the concert venue.

Is the program always the same as given online?

We reserve the right to make changes to the program and will make them public as soon as possible, last-minute changes are very unlikely.
