To revive classical music in an authentic atmosphere and an intimate environment was our initial dream. We have always had two fundamental goals:

• To enrich the concert experience of visitors of Vienna and music lovers with top-class performances of classical music, including numerous musical repertoires from Viennese composers as well as composers that lived in Vienna, such as Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert & Haydn,
• To provide an appropriate venue, which lives up to the greatness of these works.

We invite prestigious Viennese and Austrian ensembles to present the highlights of the Viennese classics. To find an appropriate venue, which justifies the musical works, was and still is an essential aspect to us. The interior architecture of the halls in the Musikverein acoustically emphasizes the enjoyable sounds of the masterful music in a wonderful way.
