After completing, submitting, and successfully paying for your booking, you will receive an email with the e-tickets and the invoice.

No, the ticket price is the final price.
Can I change the concert date after booking the tickets?
Yes, you can change the date by informing us via email or phone. After our confirmation, you will receive an email with the new e-tickets.
Can I cancel tickets that have already been booked?
No, but the amount will remain as credit with us, and we can transfer the tickets to another date of your choice.
What if the concert is cancelled?
In this very unlikely event, we will refund all booked tickets. Otherwise, we will inform you as soon as possible. However, it may happen that we announce the cancellation on site.
Is there a dress code?
No, but it is requested to respect the venue.
Does the actual concert program always match the program on the website?
We reserve the right to make changes and will inform you as soon as possible. Last-minute changes are very unlikely.
